Returns and exchanges are free and easy.

Items purchased online can be returned once they have been shipped. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Items returned after 30 days will no longer be eligible for return.

Items marked “Customized Items,” “Clearance Items,” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. “Customized Items” and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable. “Customized Items” include, but are not limited to: footwear with patches attached or affixed to the upper, footwear with replaced laces and insoles, and used patches.

Products made for collaborations or special events cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or flawed.

Currently, items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.

Once we receive your return package, it typically takes 10-14 business days to process. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing speed.

Starting August 15th, we will no longer offer instant refunds. We will continue to accept returns and exchanges, but refunds will be issued after your return is received at our warehouse.
